Idyll

If it seems like I have been blogging an inordinate amount this past week, it's because I have been. I've been posting all the stuff I should have posted over the course of the past four months, but have been prevented by the need to keep a respectable GPA and so forth. So this makes up for the general silence, and will hopefully make up for the fact that I'm unlikely to post much between now and late March. So if one wanted to read a post or two at a time between now and then, pretending they were showing up periodically rather than in a torrential aggregation, one could. ;)

Why a bear?
Why not a coyote? Or a wolf? Or a bobcat?
Or why not a giant, mutated lemur?

A bear was good enough for Shakespeare, it's good enough for me.

...though a giant, mutated lemur does sound appealing.

Indeed.
Zoboomafoo, except much larger, and not so cute.

I was afraid Zoboomafoo would enter into this somehow. <_< imo, his disgustingness cancels out whatever cuteness is present.

He is a bit strange, but the puppet is a pretty acurate copy of lemurs, and lemurs are quite cute, I'll have you know.

Oh, yes, I won't deny that. I like them at the zoo and stuff. Come to think of it, Zoboo's even cute before he transforms into a poorly-acted talking puppet. However, once he's there, there's just something thoroughly repulsive and disgusting about him. Maybe it's the voice.

True.
If one just took teh puppet, however, it could possibly be cute.
In the way that Lame Chops was cute.
Or maybe she wasn't. I don't remember much from that children's show.
Okay,t hat was a bad example, but he COULD possibly be cute. Possibly.
